My Granny passed away peacefully yesterday after a short battle with cancer. She was 87.
Mary King was the life and soul of her community. She was the most cheerful and fun person I have ever known – an eternal optimist and a lover of people. She was also a master crafter, a generous supporter of local charities, and a wise family elder.
We will all miss her terribly.
